For almost 50 years there has been a team of Maths teachers in Newcastle whose focus has been on helping our students to achieve their goals, including a team who are part of Arrendell Secondary Education Centre Maths department.
This means that we have a range of skills and perspectives to share with students depending on their individual needs. We aim to match each student with the best teacher to suit their needs.
The people who make up our team are experienced Maths teachers and therefore this ensures they are qualified in the requirements of the New South Wales school system.
They recognise each student’s strengths and weaknesses and support them to build their skills in such a way as to strengthen the areas of weakness and extend the areas of strength.
Whether you are a high achieving student with aspirational goals or at times you find Maths a little difficult and feel that you will never succeed, we have a teacher who can help, guide and mentor you on your journey.
Our teachers will help you to develop your confidence and skill. If you have missed underlying areas of knowledge base, the teachers recognise this and help you build in those areas, so that you have a strong base for your future Maths success.

We offer both online and face-to-face Maths tutoring with experienced teachers.
Face-to-face lessons, involving either individual students or small matched groups of students, are held in family homes and in public facilities such as libraries.
Online lessons mostly focus on individual students or very small groups, since we feel that individual interaction is a key importance in helping you to achieve your educational goals. When working online, we use sophisticated technology and a premium icloud platform to offer our students the best technical support.
